High-Solids Silicone Roof Coating Built for Ponding Water Resistance
Professional-Grade Silicone Protection for Flat & Low-Slope Roofing Systems
QUIK-SHIELD® 602HS is a high-performance, solvent-free, high solids silicone roof coating designed for professional contractors. This single-component, moisture-cure system forms a durable elastomeric membrane that delivers outstanding ponded water resistance and long-term weather protection.
It is engineered for direct application over a wide range of substrates, including spray polyurethane foam (SPF), metal, concrete, and existing roofing membranes.
Why QUIK-SHIELD® 602HS
- Superior Ponding Water Resistance
Designed specifically for roofs exposed to standing water, QUIK-SHIELD® 602HS maintains performance where traditional coatings can fail, making it ideal for flat and low-slope applications. - High-Solids, Single-Component System
With >96% solids by weight and >95% solids by volume, this silicone coating delivers maximum coverage and film build in a single application pass. - Moisture-Cure Technology
This coating cures through exposure to ambient moisture, forming a seamless, flexible membrane that resists cracking and environmental stress. - Broad Substrate Compatibility
QUIK-SHIELD® 602HS can be applied directly over:
- Spray polyurethane foam (SPF)
- Metal roofing systems
- Concrete and masonry
- Granulated BUR / Modified Bitumen
- APP systems
- Single-ply membranes (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Hypalon with adhesion testing
