Application Conditions:
QUIK-SHIELD® HYDRA XL is applied using high-pressure plural-component spray equipment and should be installed in accordance with SWD’s published processing guidelines.
- Proper material preconditioning is required prior to application.
- Equipment temperatures and pressures should be dialed in based on ambient and substrate conditions.
- Substrates must be clean, dry, and properly prepared.
- Allow appropriate cooling time between passes when building depth.
Always follow SWD’s HYDRA XL processing instructions, safety guidance, and ventilation protocols.
Where It Works:
When production speed and consistent output are critical, QUIK-SHIELD® HYDRA XL helps crews move faster while maintaining in-spec performance.
