Application Conditions:
QUIK-SHIELD® YETI XL is crafted for every kind of weather and is ready to accommodate fluctuating jobsite temperatures and seasonal shifts.
Substrates must be clean, dry, and properly prepared. Use caution when opening a drum that has a temperature of 80°F or higher because the contents are under pressure. Precondition material to 60–80°F for best results. Spray YETI XL with a high-pressure plural-component proportioner capable of a minimum of 1100 psi dynamic pressure. Static pressure is typically set between 1200-1600 psi. Substrate temps should be between 20-120°F. Flashing is recommended at lower temps.YETI XL should not exceed 4” per lift, with a minimum 20-30 minute wait time between lifts. Always follow SWD’s surface prep and ventilation guidelines. Refer to the QUIK-SHIELD® YETI XL Processing Guide for additional information.
